Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about healthcare and recruitment, eager to gain top-level experience, and grow their careers. This organisation can provide you with the opportunity to work across Aged Care, Allied Health, Nursing, Medical Imaging & Doctors.

About the Role:

• 
  
• 360 end to end recruitment duties.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Facilitate the offer process, negotiate terms, and support candidates through the onboarding process.
• Hybrid work environment: Flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays if targets are met
• Team size: 45 members including Consultants, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance teams

• Can do attitude and willingness to overcome challenges.
