As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking dynamic Team Leaders to lead the growth of their business support division's and manage a high performing team. About The Role:

• End to end 360 recruitments duties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support clients with their requirements.
• Manage small team of high performing recruiters and provide support when required.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance recruitment processes with clients and candidates.
• Support leadership functions by managing direct team.

About You:

• You have experience working in business support and your passionate about this industry .
• You have 2-3 years experience in recruitment minimum.
• You have leadership experience or you are looking to take a step up in your career.
• You are highly motivated, have a proven track record and have a passion for recruiting.
